1. Your relationship with Marquorum
Marquorum is a creator-powered affiliate network operated by Akii Technologies, Ltd. Membership does not create employment, an agency, a franchise, an investment, or guaranteed income. I am responsible for deciding whether an offer fits my audience and for my own content, disclosures, platform compliance, business costs, and taxes.
2. Offers and schedules
As an active affiliate, I receive every live portfolio offer automatically. The current published Offer Schedule applies without a separate offer application, enrollment, or acceptance action. Each Schedule controls its plans, attribution, code precedence, discount, commission, hold, reversals, countries, approved claims, prohibited traffic, and effective dates. A creator code is a public promotional identifier, not a secret. A discount setting never turns attribution off. Eligible upgrades and reactivations retain attribution. An eligible portfolio cross-sell creates commission under the destination Schedule unless a later valid creator code or eligible touch controls the resulting purchase.
3. Responsible promotion
I will use current approved facts and assets, clearly disclose the commercial relationship where required, and will not spam, impersonate, cookie-stuff, force clicks, place codes on prohibited coupon sources, bid on protected brand terms, fabricate activity, self-refer, or promise jobs, income, rankings, leads, sales, or automatic posting. I will report a compromised code, account, payout destination, or material error promptly.
4. Commission and review
A Marquorum subscription offer described as 30 percent recurring for life pays 30 percent of eligible collected subscription revenue for the eligible customer subscription lifetime under the applicable published Schedule, with no successful-payment count cap. A qualifying direct affiliate referral pays 5 percent second-tier commission on the referred affiliate's eligible Marquorum commission for as long as that affiliate keeps earning eligible commission and the applicable relationships remain eligible. Neither promise is guaranteed lifetime income. Commission remains conditional until the applicable requirements and hold are satisfied. Refunds, credits, disputes, chargebacks, duplicate events, invalid attribution, and confirmed fraud can produce a proportional reversal or negative balance. Valid unrelated commission is not forfeited solely because another record is under review, and temporary restriction or suspension is not final closure. An authenticated voluntary closure and a final Marquorum closure after a confirmed Terms violation each forfeit all unpaid pending, held, eligible, batched, and future commission at the effective closure time. Completed payouts remain historical and are not rewritten solely because of closure. Legitimate adjustment and recovery rights continue.
5. PayPal payout
Payout uses PayPal monthly in USD at a USD 50 eligible minimum. A fully ready prior-month payout is targeted for submission by the 15th calendar day. Lower balances carry forward. Marquorum absorbs the PayPal distribution fee. I must maintain an accurate eligible PayPal destination and current legal, tax, and compliance information. PayPal controls its own account, verification, restriction, conversion, and recipient fees. Marquorum controls network eligibility, sanctions screening, commission, and payout readiness.
6. Support and governance
Product customers use the customer-facing product for product, billing, refund, and technical support. Marquorum support handles the affiliate relationship. Governance participation uses the exact rules published for each election. A binding certified result creates only the commitment disclosed before voting.
7. Controlling documents
The Marquorum Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and applicable published Offer Schedule remain controlling. This acknowledgement is the concise operating summary I must follow. Material updates require a new version and a new acknowledgement before affected account access continues. Published Offer Schedules apply automatically according to their effective terms and do not require separate offer acceptance.
