CREATOR PROTECTION

Protect your earnings and reputation.

LOCKED SCHEDULES. EXPLAINABLE MONEY STATES. RECORD-LINKED SUPPORT. A REAL APPEAL PATH.

Before you promote, know which terms protect the deal. After a customer buys, see what was attributed, what changed, and how to challenge a material error.

CREATOR PROTECTION

What protects the deal after I start promoting?

The exact published offer schedule remains immutable, commercial records retain their source evidence, paid history is not silently rewritten, operational holds are kept as narrow as reasonably possible, and authenticated support cases can attach directly to the affected application, offer, commission, payout, or election.

Protection starts before promotion. A creator reviews the current schedule, eligible plans, commission basis, attribution, hold, countries, traffic rules, required disclosures, allowed claims, prohibited claims, and discount treatment before accepting an offer.

Protection continues after conversion. The dashboard distinguishes payment, pending commission, hold, eligibility, adjustment, batching, provider submission, paid, failed, returned, and reversed states. Each material transition retains the applicable policy version and source record.

Marquorum cannot guarantee that every browser, platform, customer, provider, or product event succeeds. It can preserve the evidence it receives, apply the published precedence rules, expose the resulting state, and provide a controlled correction and appeal path.

01 / PUBLIC RESPONSE TARGETS

Know when a material support case should receive human attention.

These are operating first-response targets measured Monday through Friday, excluding UAE federal public holidays. They are not guaranteed resolution times or service-level credits.

Security
1 business day
Suspected takeover, payout-destination change, or exposed credential.
Money and access
2 business days
Missing payout, disabled access, or material commission discrepancy.
Appeals
3 business days
First response, with a reasoned decision targeted after complete evidence.
General support
3 business days
Application, offer, attribution, asset, account, or governance question.

02 / THE SUPPORT RECORD

Start with the affected record.

Select the application, offer, commission, payout, election, or account involved and keep the complete support history attached to it.

  1. 01

    Select the affected record

Choose the exact offer, attribution, commission, payout, application, election, or account context that needs review.

  2. 02

    Describe the discrepancy

Explain what you expected, what the dashboard shows, and any external evidence that helps locate the issue.

  3. 03

    Marquorum reviews source evidence

The review can inspect the published schedule, attribution candidates, payment event, hold, adjustments, payout item, provider result, and prior case history.

  4. 04

The answer stays with the case

Member-visible replies, state changes, and the durable public case reference remain available in the support workspace.

03 / SCHEDULE STABILITY

A later schedule cannot rewrite the one governing your conversion.

The schedule governing a conversion stays attached to the event. Corrections use explicit adjustments and preserved evidence instead of editing history.

01

Exact acceptance

Promotion begins only after the creator reviews and accepts the current version for that offer.

02

Earlier sales keep their deal

A later offer change cannot rewrite the schedule that applied to an earlier attribution, payment, commission, hold, refund, dispute, or payout record.

03

Fresh review for changes

A later schedule requires a new review and acceptance before affected promotion continues.

04

Paid history stays paid

A correction records its own evidence. It does not delete or silently rewrite an earlier paid record.

04 / NARROW CONSEQUENCES

A problem with one record does not automatically confiscate unrelated earnings.

During investigation and review, the approved fraud and compliance process aims to place the smallest reasonable hold while preserving history, read access, unaffected cleared balances, and the right to request review. A final confirmed Terms-breach closure has the separate consequence explained below.

01

Evidence before confirmation

A signal is not automatically a finding. Ambiguous cases remain in review instead of being silently treated as fraud.

02

Proportionate correction

A confirmed invalid commission can be reversed, but Marquorum does not add a punitive multiple or confiscate unrelated valid commission.

03

Written reason

A material adverse action keeps the affected records, member-facing explanation, authorized actor, and immutable audit evidence.

04

Appeal window

The affiliate has 14 calendar days after notice to appeal a confirmed decision from preserved evidence.

05 / CUSTOMER SUPPORT BOUNDARY

You recommend the product. You do not become its support desk.

Every customer-facing product remains responsible for its own checkout, subscription, refund, entitlement, product access, and technical support unless a published schedule expressly says otherwise.

Marquorum handles the creator relationship, schedules, attribution, commissions, statements, payouts, creator codes, governance, and Marquorum account access.

06 / FINAL ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Temporary review preserves accrued rights. Final closure is economically final.

Marquorum has two final closure paths: an authenticated voluntary request, or a final Marquorum determination that the member violated the controlling Terms. Both forfeit unpaid and future commission when closure becomes effective. A restriction, suspension, or review is not closure.

01

Review is not closure

A temporary restriction, suspension, compliance review, or manual review does not establish a final Terms violation and does not by itself forfeit valid accrued commission.

02

Voluntary closure

A creator who makes an authenticated closure request receives a consequence review. Pending, held, eligible, batched, and future commission is forfeited when closure becomes effective.

03

Confirmed breach closure

Marquorum may close an account only after a final determination that the creator violated the Terms, Network Operating Acknowledgement, or an applicable published Offer Schedule. All unpaid and future commission is then forfeited.

04

Paid history remains

Previously completed payouts and statements remain historical evidence. Legitimate refund, dispute, chargeback, fraud recovery, set-off, withholding, and legal adjustments can still apply.

FAQ

Protection, dispute, and closure questions, answered directly.

The offer, the rules, and what happens next, in plain language.

01Can Marquorum change a published commission schedule retroactively?

No. The published schedule remains an immutable record for the events it governs. A later schedule applies only according to its published effective terms and cannot erase valid paid history.

02How do I report missing attribution or commission?

Sign in and open a support request against the exact offer, attribution, commission, or payout record. The case preserves the member-visible conversation and authorized source reference.

03What if a product or offer is paused?

New promotion or attribution can be paused when product, law, security, compliance, or partner facts require it. Historical records, published schedules, paid history, and legitimate review rights remain preserved.

04Who handles a customer complaint?

The customer-facing product handles product use, checkout, subscription, refund, entitlement, and technical support. Marquorum handles the creator relationship, offer schedule, attribution, commission, payout, governance, and Marquorum account access.

05Can I appeal a fraud or suspension decision?

Yes. A notified affiliate has 14 calendar days to appeal a confirmed decision. A different authorized reviewer, or the founder administrator when staffing does not allow separation, reviews the preserved evidence.

06Can Marquorum close my account?

Only after a final determination that you violated the Terms, the Network Operating Acknowledgement, or an applicable published Offer Schedule. A final Marquorum closure forfeits all unpaid, pending, held, eligible, batched, and future commission. Temporary restriction, suspension, compliance review, or manual review is not closure and does not by itself forfeit valid accrued commission.

07What happens if I voluntarily close my account?

Voluntary closure ends the creator's participation and forfeits unpaid, pending, held, eligible, batched, and future commission as of the effective closure time. Previously completed payouts remain historical records and are not rewritten.
